As winter casts its biting chill, the harsh nights take a toll on the vulnerable, particularly the impoverished who find themselves without warm clothing or blankets. Many resort to sleeping on footpaths and roadsides, exposed to the unforgiving cold waves. Despite their efforts to huddle together for warmth, the absence of blankets leaves them shivering throughout the night, with dire consequences, especially for the elderly.
Responding to this pressing need, Alvi Pariwar Foundation, with the generous financial support of Mohd Asif (Managing Trustee), Jamshed Alvi (Trustee), Raj Alvi (Trustee), Mohsin Alvi (Legal and Accounts Manager) As well as join Supportive volunteer Abdul Gani, Yasin Alvi, firoz Alvi, Moin Alvi, Arif Alvi other benevolent contributors, initiated a heartwarming campaign. Over 100 Plus woollen blankets were distributed to the helpless and impoverished individuals in Swami Dyanand Hospital and GTB Hospital in Delhi. This initiative aimed to provide much-needed relief to those who would otherwise spend nights in bone-chilling shivers.
